For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
