Villa Villetta Santa Lucia a Cefalù, Sicily

Lovely semi-detached villa surrounded by nature a few minutes away from the beach, in Cefalù.

The villa, located on the ground floor, is accessible through a tiled patio, furnished with a dining table and a deckchair. The entrance gives access to the bright open space fitted with a comfortable sofa, a TV placed on a wall unit, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a kettle, an oven and all the necessary cooking tools.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first one furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a large French window making the room bright and airy, while the second one provided with a single bed and a bunk one, a desk, ideal for working from home, and a wardrobe.
A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.

The highlight of the villa is the large garden, rich in plants, equipped with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen including a barbecue, perfect for enjoying tasty meals in the open-air.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as the air conditioning in the living room and the free wi-fi.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a XII century fortress-built like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, nearby the Museo Mandralisca that offers archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.
