This detached house, entirely spread on the ground floor, boasts a private driveway and a garden with lawn. The indoors are new and well groomed, tastefully furnished. The living area consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, a fireplace (out of use at the moment), TV and a large patio door overlooking the entrance garden. The independent kitchen is well equipped, also fitted with a dishwasher and a kettle. The sleeping area comes with a bedroom with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe, and a bedroom with twin beds and a hanger. Two bathrooms complete the indoors: a toilet with a washing machine and a full bathroom with shower.
The property boasts a furnished patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a dining table with chairs and deckchairs, in addition to an outdoor shower. At guests’ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. The area is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay, 350 m away from the seaside and a few steps away from all basic amenities.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 75 kms away, while “Comiso Pio la Torre” airport is 82 kms away. The train station of Siracusa is close to the interbus station connected with the airports, which can be reached with a 20-minutes drive.
