These 6-person water villas are sustainably designed and feature solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously landscaped with a waterside deck. The kitchen has been adapted, as have the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The passages have been made wider, making this house type suitable for the disabled. On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
