The house is only 400m from the Talstraße and (shuttle) bus stop. The lift station is a short drive (2.5 km) away. There are 3 flat parking space for guests. Summer visitors can start their hiking tours on the trails running past the house (1140m above sea level). The neighbourhood consists of farms and private homes. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Fantastic cars, racing cyclists, vintage cars and motorcyclists. Peaceful high alpine pastures, sleepy side valleys.
It is quiet here in the winter and everything revolves around winter sports.
Bereikbaarheid
From the south and west, you'll be travelling via Lienz. Travelling by train from the north, your stop is Munich/München-Mallnitz (Tauern Motorail); the tourist office will arrange for a shuttle bus if needed.
The GPS location information: 9844 Heiligenblut - Rojach house number 16, that's the direct neighbour. Parking is available in front of the house; just drive up to the carport where you'll find two parking spaces. Snow clearing is provided by the municipality.
