The Seeidyll apartment is located on the middle floor, at ground level to the entrance, and offers a magnificent view of the lake, the beautiful landscape, and the well-maintained ornamental pond from both the apartment and the balcony.
Sit in the apartment or on the balcony and let yourself be enchanted by the view.
In the beautiful living area, you will find a new sofa set with bed function and a large 127 cm HD/3D TV. A wide selection of TV and radio channels in many languages (4 different satellites).
There is also a 3D Blu-ray player and DVD player. A sound system with radio, CD, etc. is also available in the apartment.
There is internet access with WIFI (wireless). The brightly and friendly furnished apartment conveys a nature-connected flair with plenty of wood and stone. In addition, the electric fireplace creates a special, cozy atmosphere.
This ensures a special holiday atmosphere even on cold and rainy days.

It is a non-smoking apartment (smokers please use the balcony or outdoor area)
The new fitted kitchen has a 4-burner stove (ceramic hob) and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter and pod machine, Bosch-Tassimo). Toaster, kettle, etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes for the maximum number of guests are, of course, available.
A children's bed and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for 4 people.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). So nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep.
You will find large full-length mirrors in the bedroom.
In the living area, there is also a new double sofa bed as an additional sleeping option.
Indulge yourself in the steam shower with light therapy, massage jets for body and feet, rain shower, and many other features. A radio is also integrated.
The blue glowing floor LEDs throughout the bathroom provide a great atmosphere. A large illuminated mirror, a hotel hairdryer, and a weighing scale are available. Modern heating with towel warmer.

The apartment includes a beautiful balcony with 4 lounge chairs and a cocktail or coffee table. New: large sliding windows facing the lake and hanging chairs. If you want to enjoy a proper meal on the balcony, you will find another folding table available for removal on each floor. The apartment has central heating and, of course, a separate entrance.

In the house: reception hall with reception. The sauna can be found in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the sauna alone (lockable). New: 2-person jacuzzi in the sauna room is available for free! Additionally, in the basement, there is a room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
In the reception hall, you can obtain hiking maps, postcards, and free informational material about many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. There is also a drink fridge in the reception hall with drinks available on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area/reception.

The outdoor area will amaze you!
Two wonderfully and elaborately designed ornamental ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 brooks, and a well-maintained ornamental gravel area belong to the property. The outdoor areas are romantically illuminated in the evenings. There are also turtles in the ponds. Sit comfortably with a coffee or cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish and turtles. Or gaze into the valley at the lake.
Further to be found in the outdoor area: sufficient parking options, a bicycle storage area. A barbecue area overlooking the lake is located behind the house.

In the village, there are good restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities. In the 5 km distant county town of Daun, you will also find many shopping opportunities and supermarkets.

There are 9 different holiday apartments for 1 to 6 people:
Studios, apartments with 1 separate bedroom, and apartments with 2 separate bedrooms
Each apartment is stylish, individual, bright, friendly, and modernly furnished.

Special emphasis was placed on the exclusive fittings of the bathrooms and kitchens.
There are whirlpools, steam showers, TVs in the bathrooms, LED floor lighting, etc.
