The holiday flat "LONDON" of 47 m² has approx.4 m high ceilings with loft character, spacious living-dining area, an open sleeping area with two side-by-side box spring beds, as well as another open sleeping area with a loft bed with two sleeping places. This sleeping area can also be replaced (for 3 persons) by a box spring bed. For 4 persons, four box-spring beds can also be placed individually. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with integrated freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom with washer-dryer, kitchen and dressing/storage room lead off the hallway. Furthermore, there is a shared garden, free W-LAN and large-screen TV.

The flat is heated with underfloor heating.

There is a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities in the courtyard area. There are parking spaces for larger cars (Sprinter) on the own property.

The flat is supplied with bed linen and towels.

The cleaning is usually done by us when you move out. However, it is also possible to book intermediate cleaning by you for a small surcharge, including the change of bed linen and towels.
