Vacation on the sunny side of life! The holiday apartments Apart Anna and the newly built holiday apartment Apart Jakob are quietly and very sunny located in the district of Ahrnbach, yet not far from the center of Stumm. In just 3 minutes by car, you will find a supermarket, the village bakery, and excellent traditional inns. During winter vacations, you can enjoy the ideal location and reach various ski areas in just a few minutes by car. In summer, nature is practically at your feet, as cycling paths, hiking trails, and the Stumm bathing world are located directly around the holiday apartments Apart Anna and Jakob.

The apartments are the ultimate feel-good place for your holiday with children or friends.

In Apart Anna, up to 10 people feel at home on 80 m2. Nightly peace can be found in the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk bed, and the other with a double bed and the highlight for our little guests, a sleeping cave for four people. Additional comfort is provided in the two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Not to forget the fully equipped kitchen-living area with a vacation starter package (coffee capsules, dish soap, sponge, etc.) and the balcony that surrounds the apartment. While on vacation in Apart Anna in the Zillertal, you will also enjoy two parking spaces – and upon request, underground parking spaces at the house for an additional fee – bed linen, towels, and WLAN included.

In Apart Jakob, up to 5 people feel at home on 80 m2. Nightly peace can be found in the two separate bedrooms with a double bed, as well as on a sofa bed in the kitchen. Additional comfort is available in the bathroom with sink and shower and in the separate toilet. Don't forget the fully equipped kitchen-living area with a vacation starter package (coffee capsules, dish soap, sponge, etc.). While on vacation in Apart Jakob, you will also enjoy two complimentary outdoor parking spaces.


The vacation resort Stumm in the Zillertal is ideally located in summer and winter. In summer, the Stumm bathing world is just 1 km away from the accommodation, which is popular with both young and old. On rainy days, water enthusiasts can reach the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen in just 10 minutes by car. On active vacation days, you can start right near the holiday apartments on the Zillertal cycling and hiking trail or explore the mountain world along the many hiking paths directly from the accommodation.

In winter, you can reach the Hochzillertal ski area with the valley station in Kaltenbach (3 km away) in just a few minutes by the free ski bus, which stops 50 m next to the holiday apartments. The valley station of the Zillertal Arena is only 5 km away, and the family ski area Spieljoch in Fügen can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
