The railway station and bus stop are right on the doorstep.

Our 4 modernised holiday flats offer enough space for 2 - 6 people, depending on the flat. You can store your ski and sports equipment safely and dryly in our own ski hire, which is located on the ground floor of the house. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are of course available free of charge, and you will also find high-quality shower gel (hair & body shampoo) and hand soap from the PURE GREEN / TYROL brand directly in the accommodation. Shopping facilities (groceries) can be found in the immediate vicinity.

A special feature of Apart Hartl is the family-run ski hire on the ground floor, which is open in the winter months from the end of November to the beginning of April.

The free ski bus right outside the holiday flat makes it easy for you to get to the award-winning Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area and the family-friendly Spieljoch in winter. The nearby, nostalgic Zillertalbahn railway also takes you to the Zillertal Arena ski area in Zell in no time at all. Away from the pistes, you and your family can explore the various natural toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails or be enchanted by the snow-covered landscape on a romantic winter hike.

In summer, the lovely village of Ried im Zillertal with its direct connection to the Zillertaler Höhenstraße is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities. Start your hike directly from your holiday flat or enjoy the magnificent Tyrolean mountains on a bike or mountain bike tour with the whole family and friends. In Fügen, the Erlebnis-Therme Zillertal offers a day of wellness for adults and unforgettable bathing fun for children.
