The apartment is located on the ground floor and spreads on 40 square meters, The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and dinning area for four guests, a comfortable bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a shower and towels and a living room with a sofa bed for two additinal guests. The spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ is the ideal place for relaxation and cozy evenings with family or friends. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, bed linen, towels, Wi-fi and a parking space available in the yard of the house. The apartment is located in Varvari, a verry quiet suburb of Poreč with a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses, only 3 kilometers away from the city center and 4 kilometers from the beaches.

Great apartment! Lovely owners and very helpfull to ensure you have a plesant stay. Within 5/7 minutes drive your are in Porec to visit the citycenter. Nice outdoor space to relax after a day of walking in the city. The apartment is named after the house dog Stela, very nice and sweet dog who greets you every morning. We recommend this apartmant if you want to stay near te city center in a relax surrounding.
