It is surrounded by the <b>mediterranean vegetation</b> and is ideal for a serene vacation on the <b>tuscan seaside</b>. The vivid town center of Castiglione della Pescaia with its restaurants, bars, shops is not far away.

After parking your car practically in front of the house you cross a large condominial terrace that leads to the partly covered <b>private terrace</b> of the apartment.
