We welcome you to our two houses. The Roasthof Pension and the Pinnisblick Apartment House are located right next to each other on our property in Neustift in the Neder district. We offer charming double rooms as well as comfortable apartments for 2 to 6 people.

Our property is located at the edge of the forest in the Neder district, in a quiet, sunny location - right at the beginning of the Pinnis Valley. Numerous hiking routes can be tackled directly from our accommodation. Walking paths connect our houses to Neustift in Stubaital, which is about 2 km away. The Schlick 2000 ski area is 5 km away, and the Stubai Glacier is 20 km away. The ski bus stop is 300 m from our Pinnisblick apartment house. The Kampl lake can be reached in just 3 minutes by car, and a large playground, beach volleyball court, a lakeside café, and numerous walking paths await you and your children.

Our 3 apartments "Lavendel", "Silberdistel", and "Brunelle" offer you an entrance area, bedroom, bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, and a separate toilet. The large living room features a cozy couch, flat-screen TV, and radio, and includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have a balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. A bread delivery service is available upon request. Enjoy our free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a garden with a barbecue area are at your disposal. A sunbathing area with a sun terrace and garden furniture invites you to relax and linger in the summer.

Get a natural tan in our solarium or relax in our infrared health cabin. From spring 2014, you will find a table tennis table as well as various fitness equipment like a treadmill, cross trainer, and abdominal trainer in our hobby and fitness room. This way, you have plenty of opportunities to indulge in your sports spirit even in bad weather.

Take advantage of our prime location at the entrance to the Pinnis Valley. The Elfer-Pinnis area is the ideal hiking arena with numerous established excursion destinations such as Issenanger, Pinnis, or Karalm. Special highlights for the whole family include the summer toboggan run at the Serlesbahnen in Mieders and Tyrol's largest high ropes course, the Adventurepark Fulpmes, with its bike academy.

With the Stubai Glacier, one of Austria's most attractive year-round ski resorts is offered. Athletes, families, and winter romantics will feel right at home here. Benefit from the nearby shuttle directly to the Elfer lifts from where you can start your tobogganing fun down into the Pinnis Valley, right in front of our house. The two illuminated toboggan runs of the Elfer lifts also offer a special kind of tobogganing fun at night.
