Our apartment (approx. 85 m²) has 3 separate bedrooms (1x double bed for 2 persons | 1x double bed with sofa bed for max. 3 persons | 1 room with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons). The bathroom (with underfloor heating) has a shower and a bathtub, the WC is separate. The fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with large kitchenette (electric cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment) also has a wood-burning cooker (wood is provided free of charge) as well as a satellite TV and radio. Beautiful large and light-flooded sitting area with a view in the garden. Spacious furnished balcony with sitting area. There is a tiled stove in the anteroom, which also heats one bedroom. All rooms can be heated separately with electric heating. WLAN freely available.
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided free of charge.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house with its own entrance.
On up to 85 m² you will find 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large balcony and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In winter, the house's own ski room can be used free of charge. Furthermore, the apartment has a tiled cooker and a wood cooker (the wood is provided free of charge). In summer, the large garden with sunbathing lawn invites you to relax or play. The outdoor swimming pool Flattach is right next door (50 m).
The holiday flat is in a very central location in Flattach, only a few minutes' walk from shops, bank and restaurants. The valley station of Mölltaler Gletscher is situated 6km away from our house. The stop for the free ski bus to the Mölltal Glacier is in the immediate vicinity.
Parking spaces are available for our guests free of charge directly in front of the house.
