The (ski) bus stop is a one-minute walk from the house and you can also reach all the highlights of the region by car within 25 minutes.

In our 90 m² large apartment, we offer space for 2 to 6 people. In addition to the two bedrooms, which are each equipped with 3 beds, the apartment has a kitchen with a cozy seating area, a bathroom with shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. In summer, you can enjoy mild evenings in your own garden or on the adjacent terrace. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space at the house complete the offer.

Thanks to the central location, all restaurants and inns, the bakery, the supermarket, and local sports shops are within walking distance from our holiday apartment. Leisure facilities such as the ice skating rink in winter and the outdoor swimming pool as well as the pit-pat facility in summer are also within easy walking distance.

If you want to enjoy your winter holiday without a car, you are in the right place with us. With the ski bus stop nearby, you can reach the Hauser Kaibling, the first entry point to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Carousel, or the other ski mountains in the Schladming-Dachstein region in just a few minutes. For cross-country skiers, the Nordic center Ramsau am Dachstein is available for exploration (approximately 15 minutes by car). Winter hikes can be undertaken directly from our house.

In summer, you can explore the mountain world of the Schladming Tauern and the Dachstein massif through hiking, climbing, or mountain biking tours. Additionally, a wide range of leisure activities at lakes, outdoor pools, museums, adventure parks, attractions for children, and much more ensures highlight after highlight during your holiday. And the best part is: our house is your ideal starting point, as we are located in the heart of the region and can reach all offers and excursion destinations within 5 to 25 minutes by car.
