The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large mirror, a living/sleeping area including a kitchen with a sofa bed for 1 adult or a maximum of 2 children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The kitchenette features a dishwasher, an oven and a stovetop. The living room leads to the ground-level terrace with direct access to the garden. The apartment was renovated in 2022 (except for the bathroom and toilet). The apartment is in the main house. The landlord family with 3 children lives above the apartment.

Colorful holidays for the whole family

The Grubbach house is located just outside the center of Spital am Pyhrn on a hill, surrounded by forest and nature and is inhabited by my family.

This is the ideal place for people who appreciate and love children and seclusion. The location allows children to play undisturbed in nature while parents indulge in relaxation. The Grubbach flows through the middle of the property, delighting us with the rushing water and the wide variety of nature.

The farm is also located directly on the Spital am Pyhrn cycling and hiking trail network, which is why you can start a pleasant route from here directly to the Hofalm, Bosruckhütte, Gowidlalm and Rohrauerhaus. The Vogelgesang Gorge is also just around the corner.

The house has two holiday apartments of different sizes.


Apartment "Paula" is a spacious apartment with about 80 m2, two bedrooms and a balcony.
Apartment "Noah" a very practical apartment with about 55 m2, one bedroom and private garden access.

Furnishing

Both apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. In the separate bathroom, a shower is waiting to be used and the separate toilet offers pleasant privacy where you want it.

A parking space in the covered carport is reserved for each apartment.

For those who don't want to lose the connection to the outside world despite all the seclusion, there is free WiFi (perhaps not as fast as you might know it from other places) But not a TV. There are various games and books for young and old.

We have installed a very simple SELF CHECK-IN system so that our guests can check in easily and at any time.

And as if that weren't enough, from spring to autumn all guests of our house are exclusively entitled to the very popular Pyhrn-Priel Aktiv Card, which offers many free or reduced admissions to the most popular places in our region.



Be one with the nature - Sleeping in a tent or underneath the nightsky

The "Noah" apartment, with its own garden access, offers the ideal conditions for children to have their first camping or sleeping in a tent experience. We have two tents of different sizes on site and can be rented - including a sleeping mat and sleeping bag. If you would like to gain even more experience of nature, you are welcome to sleep directly at our campfire site or simply in the meadow - also with a sleeping mat and sleeping bag from us - and be very close to nature and its life.

Stand up paddling or sledding

Whether it is summer or winter: it is always a great feeling to slide on water. Whether you use your own paddling power or the fast runners is irrelevant. Both can be rented from us on site.
