Flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system with radio, CD player, and USB connection. Flooring: carpet, cleaned annually. In the kitchen area, easy-to-clean flooring. All windows (east side) can be darkened, balcony door with fly screen. Kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, kettle, hand mixer. The playground with trampoline is especially appealing to families with children, but seniors, cyclists, and motorcyclists also feel right at home with us.
