3 separate bedrooms (2 twin rooms + 1 extra bed or crib, 1 triple room) as well as a living/sleeping area with double sofa bed (180x200 cm) and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private dining room accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. The toilet and bathroom with extra double sink, towel radiator, and rain shower are separate, 2 guest garage spaces, lockable ski storage with boot dryer.

Enjoy a car-free and relaxing holiday in our house, which is located directly beneath the bottom station of the Hauser Kaibling cableway. In only five minutes on foot you can reach both the 4-mountains interlinked ski area as well as the cross-country skiing trail.

Our comfortable attic flat has been furnished with care and lovely details. It is divided into 2 double bedrooms (+ one cot or additional bed, if required), 1 three-bed room and 1 bed-sit room with a double pull-out bed 180x200 cm.

The dining room and the living room with flatscreen are separated, so that all demands may be met simultaneously.

Additionally, there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. All in all, the apartment is 80 m² big and therefore offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay, even with a big family or group of friends under one roof. The kitchen offers various dishes for festive cooking, such as raclette, grill, fondue, waffles as well as 30 different kinds of spices.

In the deep-freezer below the fridge there is enough room to store food you may have brought along from home.

Our motto is „All inclusive“, which is why it is not necessary to bring along household stuff such as desinfection, toilet paper, cleaning agent, detergent, sponge, tabs for the dishwasher, tissue paper, hairdryer, …
