In the bedroom you will find a 160cm box spring bed, a flat screen TV and a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors.

In the living room there is a leather couch and a dining area for two people. There is also a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, a music system and a game console. A selection of DVDs and games is of course available.


Daily needs
The bathroom on the upper floor is modern and chic with shower and WC. In the basement there is a guest WC. In addition, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher is at your disposal.


Benefits

You will find towels, bed linen, ironing board with iron, a vacuum cleaner and a folding mattress. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
WLAN is of course available.

Enjoy
On the small terrace you can have breakfast, let the day end and enjoy the view.

Shops for daily needs, bakeries, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity of our house and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The train station for trains in the direction of Saarbrücken, Frankfurt or Mainz and the local bus lines are also only a five minute walk away.


Please note: You will be provided with a parking space, but our holiday home can only be reached via stairs (approx. 50 steps)! We kindly ask you to take this into account when booking.

Our small, attractive holiday home is located in the district of Oberstein - the jewelry and gemstone city of Idar-Oberstein.


It offers space for two persons.



You have a two-storey, 63 sqm cottage from the turn of the century in a modern ambience and a fantastic view over Oberstein.


You will not find a sterile hotel room here, our house was lovingly renovated and should be a home for you.



Feel completely comfortable, no matter if for a weekend, a few days, a week, a month or even longer. Long-term tenants are also welcome, but pets are not welcome.


Attention: The house is only accessible via the stairs (56 steps).
