Beautiful, cozy house in Milders, quiet yet centrally located just 50 meters from the grocery store and the bus stop. Nearby, there are restaurants and a pizzeria. Our first vacation apartment is 90 m² in size. This apartment consists of two separate bedrooms (a double room and a four-bed room), a living-sleeping area with LED SAT-TV, Blu-ray player, and a kitchen with dining area, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, radio-CD player, etc. (fully equipped), a bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. In addition, there are two balconies (South + West) with a magnificent view of the mountains. The second vacation apartment is 50 m² in size and consists of a double bedroom, a living kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, electric stove and oven, radio-CD player, fully equipped, as well as a pull-out couch and SAT-TV (LED TV), Blu-ray player, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment also includes a south-facing balcony.
Guest parking directly at the house, ski cellar with boot drying system, W-LAN. Prices include bed linen, bath towels, and towels. The final cleaning for the large vacation apartment is € 100, and for the 50 m² vacation apartment € 75. In summer, the STUBAI SUPER CARD is included. NEW from 2023 - charging station for electric cars (Wallbox 11 kW at house rates without surcharge).
