Our modernly furnished attic apartment is approximately 80 square meters in size and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It features a central living room with a pull-out sofa bed and integrated dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious sliding-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink with a mirror cabinet, and a hairdryer. The apartment has a large, covered balcony with a sun lounger, table, and four chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for bicycles.
