Apartment Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in Alken, Rhineland-Palatinate

Our vacation apartment consists of a large, cozy living room with satellite TV and access to the balcony, which is equipped with seating furniture and cushions. From there, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Thurant Castle and the vineyards. The living room has a couch that can be used as a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person. The separate large kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining area. The amenities include a stove with an oven, a large dishwasher, a mini oven, a toaster, a kettle, coffee machines for filter coffee and pods, as well as a complete set of dishes, pots, and other essentials. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. If needed, we can gladly set up a children's bed. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Take advantage of the drink refrigerator and enjoy wines from our own vineyard for a small additional charge.

Our house is located below the magnificent vineyards in the Mosel town of Alken, in a very quiet location with a fantastic view of Thurant Castle. The balcony is equipped with seating. Enjoy a glass of wine from our own vineyard there. It takes you 5-10 minutes on foot to reach the town center with shopping options, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the Moselle riverbank. The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. You can expect a cozy apartment with upscale furnishings and amenities, where nothing is missing. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. Heating, water, and electricity costs, as well as final cleaning, are included in the prices.

There is a private parking space right by the house and your bikes can be stored in the garage. Pets are allowed upon request. The cost is €6.00 per night. We hope you understand that smoking is permitted outside the apartment.
