The holiday apartment consists of an apartment with a separate shower room with daylight, and a separated kitchen area.
The kitchen is new with refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and ceramic cooking hob. Dishcloths, a dish towel, and a hand towel can also be found there. The window offers a beautiful view of the "living room of the city," the Saalbau.
The shower room with daylight features a shower, toilet, and hand basin. The towels are already prepared for our guests.
In the bright living and sleeping area, there are 2 cozy armchairs in front of the panoramic window with a view over the rooftops of the city and to the Palatinate Forest, with access to a small but fine balcony. A glass of wine at sunset can be wonderfully enjoyed here.
You will spend the night in a freshly made new box spring bed, size 140 x 200 cm. Side tables and bedside lamps ensure comfort. A nearly new wardrobe with a mirror, a practical shelf for small utensils, a television, and an extravagant coat rack are ready for you.
You have free access to Wi-Fi in the apartment.

The apartment "Egypt path 2" is on the 3rd floor of a well maintained complex, and is a comfortable and bright 1 bedroom apartment of 38 qm.
It is centrally located and yet quiet.
The Central Station of Neustadt, with bus stops is less than 5 minutes walk away, as are some trails for Palatinate Forest and biking trails in the region.
In the apartment there is an enclosed shower with daylight, and fresh towels for guests.
You find a modern kitchen cooking in the kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, overlooking Neustadt's "living room", the hall structure. Towel, tea towel and dishcloth are ready for use.
In the living and bedroom,is a large window, opening the view to the balcony over the roofs and spiers of the old town, up to the nearby mountains of the Palatinate Forest. Here you can sit, watch the swifts, hear the bells of the abbey church and watching the sunset.
There is a box spring bed (140 x200) freshly made , as well a spacious wardrobe with a large mirror, a distinctive coat stand and a handy shelf for storing your utensils.
Enjoy the relaxing and comfortable chairs at the table for reading, watching TV or a glass of Palatinate wine.
For the entertainment, of our guests there is also a flat screen TV and wi-fi, available.
A parking place can be booked for 10 € in total, In the garage which belongs to the complex, as there is the possibility of storing your bicycle.
