The holiday home H21 Wiesengasse 21 offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people (maximum of 9 adults) with 146 sqm spread over 3 floors, featuring 4 bedrooms, a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sun terrace off the living room on the ground floor, and on the top floor, a relaxation area with a sauna and a 30 sqm rooftop terrace. The property also includes 3 free parking spaces, one of which is a carport, as well as an outdoor ski room shared with H19, equipped with an electric shoe dryer.

These modern and very well-equipped holiday homes (H19 and H21) located at Wiesengasse 19/21 by T&T Ferienresidenzen GmbH are situated in the midst of the impressive mountain scenery of the Zillertal valley in the municipality of Fügen, which is in the front part of the Zillertal. The two houses are located at the end of a private road, absolutely quiet, while the center of the town of Fügen is just a few meters away on foot.
Both holiday homes are heated with geothermal heat pump systems and are pleasantly tempered on hot summer days. The top floor features a sauna and panoramic windows, and an air conditioning system is also installed to ensure comfortable cooling even on really hot days. Each of H19 and H21 offers approximately 145 m² of living space plus roof terraces and a terrace by the living room over 3 floors exclusively for your private use. The kitchens are fully equipped. On the top floor, there is a relaxation area with a sauna and a large roof terrace. From the roof terraces, you have a fantastic and unobstructed view of the mountains and the Zillertal.

The accommodation is very close to the Fügen-Spieljoch ski area (450 m from the Spieljochbahn lift) and is 2.5 km from the 18-hole golf course in the Zillertal in Uderns, as well as within walking distance of the year-round open Erlebnistherme Zillertal.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 3 free private parking spaces per house are available directly at the property. A separate ski storage room in the outdoor area with electric boot dryers is also available for our skiers. This room is also well-suited for storing mountain bikes, etc., outside of the winter season.

Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, après-ski, ski schools, etc., are also within walking distance.
The holiday homes H19 and H21 can also be rented together for larger groups of up to a maximum of 20 guests!
