Our newly renovated holiday home is the perfect place for vacationers seeking a quiet location in Altenkirchen. With its large, fenced garden and old trees, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The entrance area in the conservatory is accessible via a charming staircase and invites you to spend relaxed hours in both summer and winter with a cozy wood stove and a seating area.
The living room behind the conservatory is equipped with an inviting red leather couch and provides the ideal place for movie nights or game nights with the family. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden, the barbecue area, and the majestic Bismarck Tower. Every detail in our holiday home has been lovingly designed to create a perfect feel-good atmosphere.
The adjacent hallway to the conservatory features a generous wardrobe for coats and a built-in shoe cabinet to keep your stay tidy.
The dining kitchen is accessible from the hallway and offers ample space for shared meals. It is fully equipped and large enough to prepare meals for the whole family. If needed, we are happy to provide a high chair for your convenience. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we also offer a refrigerator service so that you will already find the essentials upon your arrival.
From the dining room, you can access the bedrooms. The double room features a comfortable 1.80 m double bed and a spacious wardrobe. On the right side is the "children's room" with a 90 cm bed that can be pulled out to create a second sleeping space. There is also a smaller wardrobe here. We are happy to provide a travel cot for infants if required.
A separate hallway from the dining area leads to the freshly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a large sink. Thanks to the window in the bathroom, fresh air is always available.

Our holiday home offers you ample space of 90 square meters with 4.5 rooms. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, while another room is equipped with a single bed and an additional pull-out mattress bed.
The living area invites you to relax, and the conservatory provides a cozy seating area to enjoy the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area allows you to prepare your favorite dishes and dine together.

Enjoy your stay in our holiday home with a private garden. Here you can fully enjoy the fresh air and nature. Relax on the terrace or use our barbecue area for cozy grilling evenings.

For your vehicles, we offer a parking space as well as a carport for storing bicycles or motorcycles. This way, you can also conveniently explore the surroundings and take trips.
The property of 1000 square meters is securely fenced, so you can enjoy the outdoor area with your dog worry-free. The cost for a dog is
2.50 € per day (max. 2 dogs allowed). Please select the dog surcharge accordingly when making your reservation!

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you a laundry package that you can also book. This includes bed linen, towels, and a shower towel and costs 15€ per person.

From the house, there are many hiking trails, such as the Wiedweg and the Westerwald Trail, as well as a fishing facility nearby. The pedestrian zone in the district town is within walking distance in just 10 minutes, with many shops and restaurants.
