The apartment La Formica is completely separate on the right side of the house at garden level. The front part is occupied by the very nice owner, while the upper part is Casa del Grillo (47677). The sunny little apartment La Formica has a large garden terrace where you can dine and relax in complete privacy with a magnificent view of the sea. A pretty kitchen with a sofa bed (suitable only for a child) and a cozy bedroom, also with access to the garden terrace, are available.

Einfach nur Erholung pur
Es ist eine wirklich schöne und ruhige Lage und auch Carla und Lucia waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Entspannung, Meer, nette Menschen, Entkundung, tolles Essen
Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man in einem Sommerurlaub mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Die Vermieterin u. Ihre Tochter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein paar Tipps und Empfehlungen, die wir alle gerne angenommen haben. Die Einheimischen wissen nun mal wo es die leckerste Pasta fresca, den besten Vino u. das leckerste Essen mit Blick vom Berg auf das Meer gibt!
Toll war es das man Früchte aus dem Garten, Kräuter u. den Grill nutzen darf.
Neben dem entspanntem Urlaub am Haus/Meer haben wir Tagesausflüge in die Städte Lucca, Florenz und Pisa per Bahn unternommen.

Die Vermieterin ist eine außerordentlich freundliche Dame mit der man sich auch ohne Sprachkenntnisse gut verständigen kann.
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Plus ist die Tatsache, dass man Früchte und Kräuter aus dem Garten jederzeit ernten und verkosten darf.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war herrlich ruhig und der Blick auf's Meer ist unbezahlbar.
