Your stylish, bright comfort penthouse with panoramic sea views is situated in a wonderful hillside location in the flower-filled garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano. This is part of Nerja, only 5 minutes by car from the centre and 3 minutes from the beach.
Modern, elegant interior style, pure Andalusia outside. Situated directly on the rocky natural park with pine trees.
23 m² large, very sunny south-facing terrace with lots of patio furniture and American Weber barbecue.
Great pool landscape with lawns, pool restaurant + separate toddler pool.

Recently renovated again and stylishly modernised (also a completely new kitchen was added). The bathroom has been partly redone and has underfloor heating.
You can use an unlimited internet flat rate with free wifi directly in the flat.
Air conditioning hot/cold, energy-saving infrared wall heaters, fireplace with ventilation system & glass doors.

Safe, fly screens, double glazed windows, roller shutters in the living room. Blackout blinds can be found in the bedrooms + modern curtains everywhere.
For the sometimes cooler nights of the low season there are wall mounted energy saving heaters in each room.
2 satellite flat-screen TVs with all German channels (Digit. Sat.-ASTRA) - DVD player. The Netflix and Spotify Premium accounts of the flat are already paid by us.

Music: CD, radio. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine for pods, normal filter coffee machine, extractor fan, many little extras like blender.

The bathroom with window (fly screen), shower cubicle, modern bathroom furniture, many hooks and bars + washing machine.

Good beds with German duvet system (all washable) and healthy 80/40 pillows.
No queen size bed, two single mattresses. Safe, security entrance door (though not really necessary).

Current note: Due to some guest suggestions last winter, there are now an additional 2 thick winter duvets per flat. Even in Andalusia the nights can be a bit chilly. It has been pointed out to us that many people like to heat the bedrooms rather little.
