Charming and elegant apartment, ten minutes from the Politeama Theatre and Via della Libertà.

The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a period building two minutes walk from Lolli Station, boasts original elements such as high frescoed ceilings and the house layout. The entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to the various rooms. The living area comes with a first room furnished with sofa, table and a smart TV. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with air conditioning and high ceilings, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. Crossing the corridor, guests will find a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a juicer, a Lavazza coffee machine and all the necessary cooking tools. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Wi-fi connection, washer dryer, ceiling fans, safe, air conditioning and heating with heat pump are available to guests during their stay.
