The loft, entirely open space, with a view of the sea and the splendid Island of Maddalena, consists of a large living room with TV and two comfortable sofas that can become single beds if necessary, dining table and equipped kitchen from which you can directly access the fine sandy beach.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and appliance, induction plate with four burners, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave (oven with integrated microwave), imposing stone sink with mixer tap. There is no shortage of kitchen utensils that fit perfectly with the entire modern and elegant concept of the entire accommodation.
The open space sleeping area has two sleeping areas with double beds, whose privacy is guaranteed by fine linen dividing curtains, each with its own bathroom with shower.
The entire loft is served by an independent air conditioning system and in the hallway there is a laundry area with washer-dryer (washing machine with integrated dryer).
