Our Modern Alp Apart is the ideal place to discover the diversity of the region in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Our house is located in a quiet, central valley location. The train station (4 minutes on foot) and ski bus stop (2 minutes on foot) are in close proximity. The free ski bus takes you to the surrounding ski areas: Spieljoch, Hochfügen, and Hochzillertal. Numerous guesthouses, restaurants, two sport shops with ski service, and the golf course can be easily reached on foot. Just a five-minute drive away, you will find our 1,000 m2 Experience Thermal Spa Zillertal - with indoor/outdoor and saline pools, sauna world, water slides, wave pool, outdoor pool, massages, and much more.
