The apartment features a large private pool size 8x4m and a beautifully maintained garden with a covered BBQ area for the guest's use.
The apartment occupies the complete first floor of the house; it is very large and spacious. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a large balcony overlooking the pool. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with comfortable beds 120x200. The master double bedroom features the separate balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool is for the sole use of the apartment as well as the BBQ area in the garden.
The parking is onsite.
The village has 2 local small restaurants, local shop is in the center of Visinada, the sea is cca 18 km from the apartment.
The position is perfect for sightseeing and exploring central and costal Istria.
