The farmhouse has large outdoor spaces and two shared swimming pools: a main pool measuring 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 m and natural purification (although chlorine is used in summer), and a second pool measuring 3 x 4 metres, also with a constant depth of 1.30 m and chlorinated. The gardens are adorned with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and roosters, hens and goats can be found on the estate. Guests can enjoy a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a children's play area with swings, a wooden hut, a football pitch, and bicycle parking area for those who have come to discover the island by bike. There is also a communal barbecue with gas cooker, perfect for outdoor dining. The property is gated and has eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, ideal for those who love sustainability. A rich breakfast is available for a surcharge and is served from 08:30 to 10:00.

The flat is located on a first floor without lift and has an outdoor terrace shared with another room, ideal for having a drink with your companions. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room has a TV and the kitchen, open to the dining room, runs on gas. The master bedroom has two single beds and is tastefully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. Children can relax on the extra beds located in the living area. The bathroom has a shower and the property has oil central heating for colder days. In addition, a cot and high chair can be provided if you are travelling with a baby. There is a communal laundry area open from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The swimming pool is available all year round from 08:00 to 20:30.
