It has been recently renovated, retaining the original elements of its construction such as the beams. It has been acoustically isolated to ensure good rest.
In the living-dining room there is a table for 6 persons and also a sofa, two armchairs and a 42-inch TV. There is Wi-Fi available. Also, in the living room and the two bedrooms, you have a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is a pleasant space that has among others a big shower and a heater designed to facilitate the drying of the towels, both in summer and winter.
In the living-dining room there is a table for 6 persons and also a sofa, two armchairs and a 42-inch TV. There is Wi-Fi available. Also, in the living room and the two bedrooms, you have a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is a pleasant space that has among others a big shower and a heater designed to facilitate the drying of the towels, both in summer and winter.

Great location — would recommend to friends!
The location of this apartment was fantastic, we really liked the space too. Can be a tad noisy in the early hours but it’s a small price to pay given it’s location…highly recommend it.
Lovely apartment right in the old town, truly amazing location for accessing all San Sebastián has to offer. With it being so central, there were some drawbacks though which included quite a lot of noise at nighttime (but it was a Basque celebratory week while we were there, so I’m sure it’s a little quieter normally).The facilities in the apartment were modern and clean, very child friendly. Unfortunately there was some very hot weather during our stay, and with the apartment not having air conditioning, it was pretty difficult to keep cool, particularly with a young baby at nighttime - but I can see this being less of an issue for adults only (and at less extreme weather times). Overall, we would recommend the apartment and rate it 4/5 stars - just missing some air con really but the amenities and location do justify the price.
Excelente ubicación para una estancia cómoda!
Bei der Agentur war Parken ein wenig schwierig. An der Unterkunft gibt es in direkter Nähe ein Parkhaus. Nicht billig, aber super sauber. Auto mit Dachbox und Heckfahrradträger, ging super rein. Wohnung super Zentral gelegen. Mitten im Geschehen und nah am Strand. Einkaufen war easy. Die Gassen laden zum herrlichen spazieren und verweilen ein. Das die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat ist nicht tragisch. Die Ventilatoren reichen völlig aus. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das zweite Schlafzimmer ohne wirkliches Fenster. Küche war super ausgestattet. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Schöner großer Kühlschrank. Badezimmer Mega schön. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Waren zu viert eine Woche da.

Fijne plek aan een leuk plein midden in het oude gedeelte. Appartement is knus en gezellig ingericht.
Gezellige accommodatie centraal gelegen in oude gedeelte van de stad. Alles makkelijk beloopbaar. Alleen de 2e slaapkamer heeft geen ramen die buitenlucht binnenlaten. De ramen komen uit op een van buiten afgesloten binnenruimte met waslijnen, waar andere appartementen ook met ‘ramen’ toegang toe hebben om hun was op te hangen. Maar is geen ‘spelbreker’.
This is a great apartment. Very comfortable and right in the middle of Parte Vieja. I highly recommend it!

Allt var mycket bra förutom 2 saker.1. WiFi fungerade knappt inte alls. 0,5M down stream och 0,1 M upstreamGick inte att nå många web sidor pga för dålig kapacitet. Fick använda 4G istället som kostar pengar. 2. Matbordets ben stack ut så man slog i tårna hela tiden. Byt matbord så slipper man trasiga naglar.
Perfect old town pad. We basically liked everything about this apartment. It's location in a fantastic city, right in the heart of the old town. It's handy for the shops, bars, both main beaches, a fresh food market just round the corner, bus stops.... The style and amount of space, the 4 Juliette balconies and the buzz coming up from the square with the widows open and how quiet it is when they're closed. It's well equipped with everything from a washing machine to an electric orange juicer. It's perfectly clean and well presented would defiantly book again. Nothing really but a couple of tiny things. The wi-fi speed was terrible but there's 4g phone signal so it's not a big deal. Some larger bath towels would be nice but what was provided was adequate.

Het appartement heeft een uitstekende centrale ligging in San Sebastián. Het ligt midden het oude deel van de stad aan een gezellig pleintje, waardoor het strand, winkels, terrassen en gezelligheid goed beloopbaar zijn. Wanneer je de deur uitloopt sta je direct midden in "Parte Viaja". Het appartement is schoon, verzorgd, goed gemeubileerd en van alle gemakken voorzien (ook prettig op de 1e etage). Het appartement is een absolute aanrader (op deze unieke locatie).
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à San Sébastian. L'appartement est idéalement situé, sur une jolie place. Vieux quartier très agréable pour flâner, boire un verre ou manger des pintxos, le tout à pieds.Plages à proximité. Possibilité de garer la voiture au parking des boulevards (28 euros la journée).Appartement spacieux, joliment décoré, cuisine très bien équipée. Photos conformes.Nous reviendrons !
Great stay in a really convenient spot in the Old Town. Well equipped kitchen.
Everything was great - only didn't feel entirely secure and was quite noisy during our stay as there were building works across the hall that started very early and the builders left the main door open all day.
It was a great flat in an excellent location, next to the old town and close to Concha Beach. The square where the flat is, is rather quiet. The only thing that was annoying was that the kettle did not work and we couldn't find coffee capsules for the coffee machine. We ended up boiling water in a pan and using that to make coffee. Besides this minor thing, i would really recommend this place to stay, it is comfortable and in an excellent location.
Noisy and disappointing given the price. Easy to collect keys and they allowed us to check in early. The apartment was nice but right on the plaza and those in the front room were kept awake several nights until after 3am. Lots of small issues - poor towels, kettle not working, one button on toilet not working, shower temp only warm, renovations going on next door creating noise and dust during the day (we were not warned about this), fire alarm went off likely due to flat battery, no response to messages in app.
