The entire chalet is rented for sole use with the exception of one unoccupied room. After a break of several years, the chalet will be available for rent again from 2024. Built in 1951 and maintained with several renovations (roof, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, heat pump heating, floor, pool).
The chalet is built in the traditional chalet building style (block construction).
The slightly older furniture is quite solid, functional, and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Included are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and heating.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract and no other renting is possible, the owner has a right to compensation according to the following sliding scale:
- 42 or more days before the start of the rental period: no cancellation fee - any deposit paid will be refunded
- up to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- 29 to 2 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
- Cancellation within one day before the start of the rental or in the event of no-show: 100% of the rental price
The declaration of withdrawal must always be made in writing.
If the tenant arrives later or departs earlier, they have no right to a refund of part of the rental price.
