- 21 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price

The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This person must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. They will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (if the notice is received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the next working day will apply).

If you want to use the Tauern motorway up to Bischofshofen, keep in mind that you will need a motorway vignette for Austria and then have to cross 2 passes (Dientner Sattel, Filzensattel). Not recommended in winter!

Das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket (mit Freunden und Kids)
Das Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön und wenn man es betritt, kann man nicht glauben, dass man hier nun zwei Wochen verweilen darf. Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin hat im Vorfeld zusätzlich zum guten Gefühl beigetragen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Alle Details in diesem wunderschönen Haus sind mit Liebe ausgesucht und sehr hochwertig. Von der Bettwäsche bis zur Gartenliege. Es fehlt an nichts!
Die Seele reist nach, sagt man ja immer... und so sitze ich gute zwei Wochen nach diesem wunderschönen Urlaub in Hinterthal immer noch auf dem Balkon des Hauses und blicke verträumt in die Berge.
Wir werden wieder kommen, das kann ich jetzt schon sagen...
