This fairly new finca is located near Cala Mondrago in Alqueria Blanca and is built to be not overlooked. It is idyllically and quietly situated and is divided as follows:
Bedrooms and bathrooms: The 5 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and three bathrooms are also ideal for, for example, two families. because 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor and first floor (and another bathroom en suite) on the first floor in the master bedroom, so that each family retains a certain amount of privacy. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen-dining-living area: When you enter the entrance gate, there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the left, and the guest toilet on the right. Straight ahead you enter directly into the spacious and open-plan kitchen-dining area, which invites you to sociable evenings of feasting. From there you also have direct access to the beautifully landscaped terraces. There is a large outdoor grill and various seating options for all barbecue enthusiasts to end the evening with a sunset and a cozy glass of wine.
From the entrance portal, a wide staircase leads to the upper living-sleeping area. There are also 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room with satellite TV, DVD, an open fireplace, books, and board games. Two of the bedrooms have their own small terrace. From there you have a beautiful overview of the garden and the pool. The house is rented all year round and is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi in all bedrooms. You have excellent reception from every floor and every room of the house.
Outdoor area: Two large terraces at the house, partly covered, offer various seating options and a shady spot. A large outdoor grill with plenty of storage space invites you to extended barbecue evenings. There are 8 sun loungers and four parasols available for you. The exceptionally large pool with internal stairs measures 6 x 12 m.

The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date, or the total amount in cash upon arrival to the property management (the date of payment receipt is decisive). If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to withdraw from the trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
• for a cancellation up to 60 days before the rental begins, 20% of the rental sum,
• for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the rental begins, 30% of the rental sum,
• for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the rental begins, 50% of the rental sum, and for later declared withdrawal or if the contractually agreed services are not used, the entire rental sum = 100%.
