Holiday apartment Bährs in Hahnenklee, Lower Saxony

Our modern and cozy apartment is located in the middle of Hahnenklee. It has three rooms with large balcony and kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for families and small groups. The house was built in 2001 and the apartment was recently refurbished. Living room / dining room: Cozy sofa corner for resting, reading and watching TV. The TV has 49 inches and is a SMART TV with Netflix and other apps (so do not forget passwords). The TV is attached to the wall and swiveling. The dining area with floor to ceiling windows in the bay window offers a wonderful view of the stave church and the Bocksberg and invites you to extensive meals. A high chair for the little ones is available. From here you can access the spacious balcony, where in the summer for breakfast, barbecue or play invites. Bedroom 1: Directly from the bed falls in the morning the view of the Bocksberg. Also from here you have direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2: There are three permanent beds (two bunk beds) and the possibility to extend the daybed under the two bunk beds to another mattress, so that here creates a comfortable mattress of 160x200cm. A travel cot with visco-elastic mattress and hygiene cover is also available. In this room there is another TV with Blu-Ray player, SMART TV function and a Nintendo Wii. There are also some board games, building blocks, books and play cars in the closet for the little ones. Bathroom: The daylight bathroom was redone in 2017 and provided with large glass shower and underfloor heating. A hair dryer is available. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. A dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and thermos and much more are available. In the basement are three more usable areas: laundry and dry cellar For a fee, you can use our dryer and the washing machine. Open skis, bikes and sledges Here you can store pushchairs, skis, bicycles or sledges dry. Completed storage room In addition, we offer you the opportunity to place valuable sports equipment or similar in your own lockable basement room.
