Located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained building and easily accessible by elevator, you can enjoy an exceptionally good sea view from your own balcony. The sea is only 50 meters away, while the fine sandy beach is just 250 meters away. The apartment has two rooms, including a separate bedroom and a bright living room with a comfortable seating area. The sofa bed, with a lying surface of 140x200cm, is ideal for additional sleeping space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the dining table with a view of the water. Of course, WiFi and a digital TV are available in the living area. Die Wohnung ist optimal geschnitten und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage und der Blick sind absolut topp. Wenn wir nicht in der schönen Umgebung unterwegs waren, haben wir auf dem Balkon oder vor dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster gesessen und den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Förde (abends mit Sonnenuntergang) genossen.
