An exceptional loft apartment with high-quality furnishings and views over the rooftops of Flensburg, not far from the Flensburg harbor. If you dream of waking up to the sound of seagulls and want to treat yourself to a break in a spacious and versatile apartment, the "Penthouse am Alten Zeughaus," dating back to 1886, is the perfect place for you.
This industrial-style apartment offers ample space for the whole family as well as couples. It features two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs, where you can gaze at the sky from the comfort of your bed. There are also two bathrooms, one of which includes a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
The large loft provides additional sleeping space, a unique view of the apartment, and a play and relaxation area, thanks to its large play net (supporting up to 200 kg) where both adults and children can romp and relax.
The spacious living and dining area, furnished with high-quality furniture and featuring a large glass fireplace, is the perfect gathering place for convivial evenings of cooking or for relaxing with Magenta TV. If you prefer to enjoy the last rays of sunshine outdoors, the large south-facing balcony with its panoramic views over the rooftops of Flensburg offers the ideal spot.

Wir (5Frauen) haben uns mega wohlgefühlt im Penthouse. Raumaufteilung, Sauberkeit und style waren genial. Anfangs waren wir von der Umgebung nicht angetan, was sich allerdings schnell revidiert hat. Würden immer wieder das Penthouse buchen, wenn wir in Flensburg zu Gast sein sollten.

Meiner Freundin und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Badezimmer sind optimal, Betten sehr bequem, Einrichtung im Industriestil fanden wir toll. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, aber fußläufig war alles was schön und wichtig ist, gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine super eingerichtete Wohnung. Haben uns in der Woche, trotz zum Teil schlechten Wetters, sehr wohl gefühlt
Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Um an die Förde zu kommen benötigt man keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch alle Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
