This beautiful south-oriented first-line beach penthouse (240m2) features 3 ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area, 3 large terraces with amazing panoramic sea views and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you have a very large terrace (60m2) with a shower. The living room has a lounge area arranged in front of a wood fireplace and flat-screen TV, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and two armchairs. From here you can exit on a beautiful terrace (20m2) equipped with a glass curtain that allows you to enjoy the space and the views even in the cold season. The dining area has a 6-sitter dining table and a pass-through window connects it to the kitchen.

On the same level, you have all three bedrooms, all with fully equipped en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms having two single beds each (90x190cm) and the master bedroom has a large double bed (180x190cm). All bedrooms have large wardrobes, two bedrooms offer beautiful sea views and share a 14m2 terrace in front of the sea and the third bedroom overlooks the pool area.

The kitchen has all the appliances for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, Vitro ceramic, toaster and all other kitchen utensils are provided. Next to the kitchen, you have a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The penthouse offers 3 beautiful terraces. The largest one upstairs, 60m2, has an outside shower with hot/cold water and the best views, so you can relax on a sunbed all day long and listen the soothing sound of waves. Second terrace (20m2) is accessible from the living room and is furnished with rattan armchairs and coffee table. This terrace has a glass curtain that you can completely open or close, so that you can enjoy the space regardless of the weather. Third terrace (14m2) is accessible from both main and guest bedroom, and is equipped with sun loungers and coffee table.

We have our default 60 days full refund before check-in policy in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less than 60 days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).

Rates are for the occupation of 6 persons,
Damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid 5 days prior to arrival and is refunded if no damage has been done.
40% of the total rent is paid on booking.
60% is paid 8 weeks before the arrival.
Check-in/check-out between 22:00 and 08:00 have a surcharge of 50 euros.
This property includes normal usage of electricity ( up to 100€ weekly ) extra usage is charged at 0.25€/kw upon electricity counter readings.
