The holiday flat for up to 8 people is located on the 1st floor of a thatched roof barn on two levels:
Downstairs there is a large living area with an optional sofa bed for one person and the kitchen (eat-in kitchen with cooker and oven, coffee machine and fridge etc.). There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a large shower room and an extra WC.
Upstairs (maisonette) there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large bedroom with 1x double bed + single bed + cot.

Cancellations up to 42 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellation from 42 days before arrival, premature termination or no-show, the tenant has no claim for compensation if the room(s) cannot be re-let.
However, the landlord will endeavour to do so in the event of cancellation.
If the room is re-let, a handling fee of 5% of the total amount, but at least €35.00, will be charged.
In order to avoid any costs in the event of illness, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Hanse Merkur. You and all fellow travellers are insured against all costs arising from possible illnesses or accidents.
