The three rooms of this charming hideaway offer everything that makes a holidaymaker's heart beat faster: generous space for up to four people, two separate bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area that invites you to linger and enjoy. Here, guests can get together for sociable cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen or for entertaining games evenings at the large dining table. The kitchen itself leaves nothing to be desired, equipped with everything that amateur chefs need, from a stove with oven to a coffee machine and dishwasher.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa with armchair invites you to relax, while the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Good mood music can be heard from the radio and bookworms can lose themselves in the available literature. From the adjoining balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere with a view of the Alpine panorama and a piece of the lake, shaded by a generous awning in the sunny south-west facing position.
For those who may still have some work to do, there is a separate desk in the living room. The two bedrooms with their comfortable beds are located in the quiet rear part of the apartment, where the view of the greenery promises a restful night's sleep. Roller shutters are provided for those who prefer it to be completely dark.
The daylight bathroom with its two washbasins, a shower, a bathtub and a WC offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing vacation. There is also a separate guest WC in the entrance area, as well as a storage room for suitcases and the like.
There is a parking space for your car in the building's own underground garage, while bicycles can be safely stored in the locked bicycle room.

Seid 5 Tagen ist im Aufzug defekt.
Am Telefon hatte man gesagt das die Hausverwaltung dafür zuständig ist.
Bis jetzt hat sich nicht getan.
Sonst hat uns der Urlaub im großen und ganzen gefallen.

Nach Ihrer Meldung über das defekte Licht im Aufzug haben wir umgehend die Eigentümerin informiert, die die Hausverwaltung eingeschaltet hat. Am gleichen Tage sollte noch ein Techniker das Problem lösen. Mehr können wir hier leider auch nicht tun. Offensichtlich hat es Ihrer Urlaubsfreude keinen Abbruch getan.

Sollte für Sie die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage zu schmal gewesen sein, hätte alternativ auch die Möglichkeit bestanden entlang der Straße kostenlos zu parken.

Super Wohnung und Urlaub
Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Sie ist zentral gelegen, man ist schnell am See mit Strandpromenade, der Therme oder der Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants. Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10 Minuten oder mit dem Bus, fährt stündlich, in 2 Minuten zuerreichen.
Alles in allem kann man die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.
