Take a break in solitude - Sunny apartment with private lake access on the 1st floor of a country house in the middle of a nature reserve - surrounded by meadows, forests, animals, right on the wonderfully quiet part of Lake Irrsee. A natural paradise that has a healing effect on stress and overwhelm. The large property, which is partly managed agriculturally, includes not only the warm-hearted landlords but also dog Lilli, cats, chickens, and cows on the distant pastures.
This place is especially suitable for people who desire a break in pure nature. Singles or 2-3 people will find cozy space in the spacious living room with access to the south-facing balcony with views over the entire lake, to the mountains up to the glacier of the Dachstein. Dining area in the sunny bay window, kitchen with covered terrace and evening sun, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, garden use, and private lake access. Nature is the main focus here - TV and Wi-Fi are of course still available.

Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl in der schönen, voll ausgestatteten Wohnung mitten im idyllisc hen Naturschutzgebiet. Einmalige Lage, der Blick auf See und Berge ist jeden Tag wieder ein Genuss. Der private Zugang zum See ist ganz toll - so kann man ab vomTrubel im schönen Irrsee schwimmen und die Natur geniessen. Auch ein öffentliches Strandbad ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
