Welcome to this unique holiday apartment on Zeeland's Walcheren peninsula, directly on the picturesque Veerse Meer.
With approximately 110 square meters, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and offer breathtaking views of the Oranjeplaat marina and the shimmering Veerse Meer—you can hardly get this close to the water!
The spacious, covered balcony stretches the entire length of the apartment and is accessible from both the living area and the bedrooms. Here you can enjoy relaxing hours with a view of the water.
The house has its own private jetty and is located in a quiet area, perfect for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Whether sailing, surfing, water skiing, or motorboating – all of this is possible in the immediate vicinity. A boat rental is just 200 meters away. Cyclists and hikers will find plenty to enjoy on the cycle path around Lake Veerse.
Nestled in nature, quietly located directly on the water, the apartment is still only a short drive—about 18 minutes by bike—from the charming town of Middelburg, where you can stroll leisurely and enjoy the local atmosphere.
A special highlight are Zeeland's most beautiful beaches, which you can explore on bike tours.
Our favorite beach runs from Vrouwenpolder to Oostkapelle—perfect for an evening stroll at low tide, watching the sun sink into the sea and your heart open.

Wir waren eine Woche zum Urlaub dort und sind total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Aussicht auf den Yachthafen ist fantastisch, Man kann von dort alles per Fahrrad erreichen. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub.
14 Tage haben wir als Paar diese aussergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung genossen. Großzügige Ausmasse, perfekt eingerichtete Küche, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage mit Blick zum grossen Yachthafen ist spektakulär. Auf der Terrasse das Ein- und Auslaufen der Boote aller Art zu beobachten ist faszinierend. Der geschützte Parkplatz vor dem Haus ein angenehmer Vorteil. Die sympathischen Gastgeber Klaus haben gut und unterstützend kommuniziert. Ihre aufliegende Infomappe bietet viel Wichtiges und Nützliches. Die publizierten Fotos entsprechen der Realität.

Die Wohnung und ihre Lage sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes traumhaft.
Man fühlt sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit heimisch und es gibt in der näheren Umgebung jede Menge Möglichkeiten um einen aktiven, aber auch ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Nachdem wir vor zwei Jahren im Herbst da waren, haben wir uns dieses Jahr eine Woche im Sommer ausgesucht. Die Wohnung finden wir immer noch toll. ? Sehr u empfehlen.
Sehr nette Gastgeber vermieten eine Wohnung in der man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse ist bei Sonnenschein mit Blick auf den Yachthafen ein optimaler Start in einen entspannten Urlaubstag. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Absolut traumhafte Ferienwohnung. Wunderschöner Ausblick aus allen Zimmern, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als die eigene :-) Die Lage ist super, man ist mit dem Auto schnell in den umliegenden Städten. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal Gäste dort sein. Absolute Herzensempfehlung
