The apartment has three bedrooms (17, 10, and 8 m²), a living/dining room (18 m², including a bay window), a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a guest toilet. The bay window, accessible from the living room, is not heated.
The guest toilet is located outside the apartment in the stairwell.
Since the apartment is on two levels, there is a small staircase with five steps within the apartment.
There is also a rental apartment on the ground floor and two smaller holiday apartments in the building.
If you require more space, we would be happy to check if a second holiday apartment is available in the building.

You will normally arrive from the direction of the town center, so turn right into the driveway just before the turnoff towards Kleinhennersdorf – before the bridge !!!
The courtyard and double garage are about 50 meters further on – via the driveway to the right of the house.
The main entrance is also on this side of the house.
Please note there are two entrances; the brown wooden door is the main front door. This door leads to the stairwell and thus to your vacation apartment on the first floor. The key safe is located next to this door.
