This cozy 3-room holiday apartment on the first floor impresses with its location and very attractive furnishings.
The living area is combined with a dining area for 4 people and a flat screen TV. From here you enter your furnished balcony facing south. Imagine enjoying the sunset here with a good glass of wine and completely escaping the stress of everyday life. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven/ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The first of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (lying area 1.80m x 2.00m), a flat screen TV and a large wardrobe. In the second bedroom (bed area 1.40m x 2.00m) you will also find a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV and a wardrobe with a mirror. Both rooms can be darkened and have fly screens. The modern bathroom has a shower and a toilet. This apartment also has a separate guest toilet. For our little guests, a travel cot (with mattress but without linen) and a high chair are available.
There is a barbecue area on the property. You can park your car in the underground car park. There is a separate cellar for bicycles so that the bikes can be stored safely. WiFi will probably be available in the accommodation from 2025. The exact date is not yet known.
