The 58-m², 2-room apartment sits right by the beach, boasts a view of the sea and is suitable for up to 4 people. Enjoy the sunny, covered south-west facing balcony. Your four-legged friend is welcome!
The apartment is located on the second floor of the Sea View Villa apartment complex (with a lift) in the Baltic Sea health resort of Großenbrode.
The apartment has few barriers and features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher.
The modern, comfortable living/dining area includes a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat screen TV. The separate bedroom has two comfortable box spring beds and is equipped with another flat screen TV. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, a toilet, a vanity unit with a hair dryer, a heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

The sauna area with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a relaxation room can of course be used without paying any additional fees. An underground parking space and bed linen and towels can gladly be booked by request. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers round out the amenities on offer.

Bereikbaarheid

Take the A1 motorway (Autobahn) in the direction of Hamburg - Lübeck - Puttgarden. The A1 currently ends in Heiligenhafen (construction work), so follow the B 207 (E 47) from there until you reach the Großenbrode exit. Follow the main road into the village of Großenbrode. Before you reach the supermarket, turn left into Strandstraße (over the railway crossing). You'll find a parking area on the left-hand side when you reach the end of the street.

Die Wohnung zählt zu den schönsten, die wir jemals hatten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee lässt das Herz aufgehen. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, im nächsten Jahr wieder diese Wohnung zu mieten.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit seitl. Ostseeblick. Das Schlafsofa müsste einmal erneuert werden ist nicht mehr bequem darauf zu sitzen. Ansonsten ist alles supi auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Bezüglich des Sofas bitten wir zu berücksichtigen, dass es sich um eine hochwertige Schlafcouch handelt und man darauf achten sollte den Sitzbereich vollständig unter die Sofalehnen zu schieben falls er einmal etwas hervorrutschen sollte. Dann sollte man auf jeden Fall wieder bequem sitzen.
