If you cancel the contract before the rental starts, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding cleaning costs) are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-renting is not possible:
For cancellation up to 49 days before the rental starts, we charge 10% of the rental price, up to 35 days before 30% of the rental price, up to 21 days before 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before rental starts) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, we will attempt to re-rent the property.
The aforementioned cancellation conditions do not apply if starting the holiday is not possible due to legal travel restrictions caused by the Corona pandemic. In this case, you will be refunded any payments already made.

Fahrradfahren an der Donau
Sehr gut durchdacht, hochwertige Geräte und Geschirr im Küchenbereich, viel Platz zum Verstauen, sehr sauber und toller Blick auf die Donau. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man alle sehenswerten Orte entlang der Donau. Nette Gastgeber.

Erholung pur
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Ein Blumenstrauß stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Küchentisch und ein Glas selbst hergestellte Marillenmarmelade. Im Wohnzimmer befand sich ein Obstteller. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nochmals einen Urlaub dort verbringen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Frau Sommer und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war so liebevoll hergerichtet, Obst und Blumen für uns zum Empfang. Fam. Sommer ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, eine Top-Ausstattung, außergewöhnlich perfekte Sauberkeit und einen großen Balkon mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Donau!
Kurz gesagt: einfach großartig!!!

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und es liegen umfangreiche Prospekte für die Freizeitplanung in den Wohnungen bereit.
Das Objekt befindet sich direkt am Donauradweg im Herzen der Wachau.
Da wir beide Wohnung für je ca.1Woche genutzt haben, trifft unsere Bewertung für beide Wohnungen zu.
