The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. This withdrawal must be communicated to the landlord in writing. The relevant date is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal.
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 49th day before the start of the rental period: 10%;
Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%;
Withdrawal up to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 90%;
thereafter and in case of no-show 100%.

Perfekte Wohnung in top gepflegter Anlage
Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich mit allem ausgestattet. Selbst ein Pizzacutter war vorhanden. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Lage top! Gleich am Strand und die deutsche Bäckerei Cafe Stocker ist auch gleich zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarschaft in der Anlage ist auch sehr nett gewesen.
Schlüsselübergabe und Absprachen waren völlig unkompliziert.
Ausflüge in den Aquapark und zu den Fonts del Algar (durchs Hinterland fahren) sind auf jeden Fall lohnenswert.
Super nette Vermieterin, super tolle Wohnung, spitze Lage für die ganze Familie. Danke!

Sehr Zufrieden
Die Bilden aus dem Netz sind so wie man es vorfindet. Einfach Super. Es war sehr sauber und alles ist gepflegt und hell Eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch die Anlage mit dem zentralen Pool. Parken ist gleich vor der Wohnung möglich. Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Essen und Einkaufen alles gut zu Fuß in 5 Minuten möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben gleich für September wieder gebucht.
