Beschrijving

Upon entering, you find yourself in the hallway from which you have access to the L-shaped living room with dining area and open kitchen, fully equipped with a TV, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. Garden doors lead you to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun and into a spacious garden. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with underfloor heating, a sink, and a shower with a thermostatic valve, as well as a separate toilet. The stairs take you to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms. One has 2 single beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a sink with hot and cold water. The second bedroom also has two single beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a sink with hot and cold water; however, a third single bed can be provided upon request. Between both bedrooms is the second toilet. In both bedrooms, beds and pillows are provided. A crib and high chair are available upon request, but please bring your own crib bedding.

The house also includes a washing machine, a dryer, free internet, a garden shed where you can store your bicycles, and parking space on the property.

Bereikbaarheid

From the harbor, head towards De Koog. Upon entering De Koog, turn right where you can't go straight ahead anymore, onto Nikadel street. After the bus stop on the right, follow the road to the intersection. There, turn right and after about 600m you will find De Duinster on the right side.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und mit der Einrichtung. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Ausgangspunkt zum Strand oder Ort war optimal. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Aufteilung ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit 2 Kindern, es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, unten befinden sich Badezimmer und eine weitere Toilette, Wohn- und Kochbereich sind durch eine Tür getrennt. Die Küche ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls gemütlich, insgesamt ist das Haus unaufdringlich und nett eingerichtet. Garten und Terrasse sind nicht einsehbar, vor dem Haus führt eine Straße entlang, die uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Ortskern von De Koog und am Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Robert und Patricia sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben gut Tipps. Man ist mitten auf Texel und kann von hier aus überall sehr schnell hinkommen. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen!
