The rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, and a large balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and one of the bedrooms.
On the upper level, there is another bathroom, a cozy sitting area, and a bedroom with access to a private sun terrace, which is also furnished with a sitting area and 2 sun loungers.
To the rear, there is a smaller terrace. Right outside the door is the beach by the harbor.

Eigentlich gute Wohnung in guter Lage, aber
Erste Minuspunkt: Reine BAR Zahlung vor Ort, obwohl so nicht eindeutig kommuniziert. Dies hat vermeidbare weitere Kosten ausgelöst.
Zweiter Minuspunkt: Wohnung war insbesondere in den Bädern leider nicht richtig sauber, sodass direkt zu Urlaubsbeginn eine Reinigung notwendig war.
Dritter und massivster Minuspunkt: Und er Wohnung direkt darunter wurde an 3 von 10 Urlaubstagen eine Kernsanierung durchgeführt. Jeder der die Leichtbauweise auf Mallorca kennt kann sich vorstellen, wie sich ein Pressluftmeisel dann anhört. Ein vernünftiger Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war an den Tagen nicht mehr möglich. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen und es gab keinerlei Kulanz, sondern nur ein Verweis auf die AGB. Dies war einfach schlecht!
